D. Cherrey Jones, C.S., M.B.A. (Left)

Mrs. Jones, Chief Executive Officer, is a Board Certified Adult Mental Health and Psychiatric Clinical Specialist and Board Certified Psychotherapist who also holds a MBA in Health Services Administration. Until 1989, Mrs. Jones was the Director of Public Health Services for Kent County, Maryland. In that position, Mrs. Jones administered a countywide substance abuse treatment system including detoxification, residential, outpatient, prevention, court assessment and criminal justice diversion programs. For over five years, she was the Chief Executive Officer of the A.F. Whitsitt Center, a five-county 28 day drug and alcoholism rehabilitation program. Mrs. Jones is responsible for development and administration of all corporate operations.

Ralph S. Wolf, D.O. (Right)

Dr. Wolf, Chief Operations Officer, is board certified in both adult and forensic psychiatry and is a member of the American Academy of Psychiatry and Law who specializes in community treatment of severely disabled psychiatric, adult forensic, adjudicated youth and addiction populations. Prior to Co-founding Psychotherapeutic Services, he was the Medical Director for several outpatient and inpatient addictions and behavioral health programs. Dr. Wolf is responsible for clinical management and supervision of all Psychotherapeutic Services behavioral health programs.
