Human Resources Office delivers accessible, high quality human
resource services in a responsible manner in an environment
that promotes growth for the company while promoting professional
and personal growth and development for our employees. The Human
Resources Office serves the employees of Psychotherapeutic Services
by facilitating efficient and effective human resource systems
through a partnership with the employees, managers, officers,
and financial office of Psychotherapeutic Services.

Goals:
· Recruiting: The
Human Resources Office adheres to dynamic human resource systems
to attract, retain, develop, and motivate a diverse and competent
workforce.
· Market Based Pay: develop a compensation system
that aligns employee pay with that of our competitors and labor
market.
· HRIS: continued expansion and enhancement
of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to efficiently
complement and support all HR operations and provide data to
management, local programs and contractors as needed.
· Centralized Benefits: to competently administer
the current benefit package and to enhance and align benefits
with those of our competitors and similar businesses.
· Accountability: to execute compliance processes
to assure that the Human Resources system is operated fairly
and in compliance with state, Federal, and local laws and regulations
and that the HR system is efficient and effective in supplying
the human resources necessary for Psychotherapeutic Services
to fulfill its responsibilities.
